Summer
During the summer months from Memorial Day through Labor Day, Creekside Manor is available for weekly rentals only. Our summer weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. The rate for the week is $1260. This does not include Little League World Series week.

Non-summer
During the non-summer months we have a 3 night minimum and any consecutive nights can be scheduled as available. The only exception to the 3 night minimum is during the Christmas holiday season where a 4 night minimum is required. The nightly rate during the non-summer season is $165 per night.

Security Deposit
We also require a damage deposit that is refundable after departure and satisfactory property inspection. A reservation deposit will secure requested dates and is retained as the damage deposit.

Rental Agreement
Once we determine your preferred dates are available and you decide that you would like to secure them, we will provide you with a rental agreement to complete and return with your reservation deposit.

Please Note
We are required to collect PA sales and Lycoming County lodging tax on all rents.
